Anreise
Die Mühlenkopfschanze befindet sich ca. 3 km vom Orstkern Willingen entfernt.
- Mit dem PKW oder Bus fahren sie auf der B 251 bis zum Abzweig Stryck zwischen Willingen und Usseln, dann Richtung Stryck bis zum Cafe Paradies, dann links vom Cafe Paradies in die schmale geteerte Straße bis zur Mühlenkopfschanze.
- Zu Fuß können sie den Wanderweg am Itterbach, vorbei am Strycksee, bis zum Parkplatz im Stryck benutzen und dann rechts hoch und am nächsten Abzweig links abbiegen oder sie laufen oberhalb vom Besucherzentrum den geteerten landwirtschaftlichen Weg geradeaus durch bis zur Mühlenkopfschanze

The Mühlenkopfschanze is located approx. 3 km from the center of Willingen.
- By car or bus, take the B 251 to the Stryck junction between Willingen and Usseln, then head towards Stryck as far as Cafe Paradies, then turn left from Cafe Paradies onto the narrow tarmac road to the Mühlenkopfschanze.
- On foot, you can take the hiking trail along the Itterbach stream, past the Strycksee lake, to the parking lot in Stryck and then turn right uphill and left at the next junction, or you can walk straight ahead along the paved agricultural path above the visitor center to the Mühlenkopfschanze ski jump.
